The Photographer and the Runner

I had a chat with him.

He was the official photographer for the event, he covers lots of sporting events in the South East of England.

He uses Canon 40D's due to their good frame rates with the battery grip. Mainly shoots with the 70-200 F/2.8 IS.

On average he takes 7,000+ images per event, then edits them down to 800+ images. On average he has 2-3 days to do this. He had to shoot around 650 runners as they came into the finish line.
